We stayed at Pullman Budapest and had a mixed experience. No opening windows. Very little amount of the room facing the street most of the rooms facing “garden” The biggest issue was the sound insulation. The walls seemed very thin — we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room. The check in time seems very strict here, they barely do early check in. Suggest that you can provide early check in once you have the room ready and reduce the 3 pm hassle for your front desk. We arrived around 1 pm so we went out for a nice lunch and come back 2:50 pm. But we saw a group of angry family said that they landed 4am and didn’t get a room until 1:30pm. Once you have a clean room you can definitely provide it to the family who need it. On the positive side, the room was very clean. The towels were fresh and comfortable, and the bed was very pleasant. Housekeeping did a great job maintaining the room. The service during the day was good. The staff members we met were friendly and genuinely seemed to try their best to help guests. However, after around 10 PM, the service attitude felt noticeably more relaxed and less attentive compared with the daytime team. Overall, the hotel has many strengths, especially cleanliness and comfortable bedding, but improving sound insulation and maintaining consistent service quality throughout the day would greatly improve the guest experience.
Had the most amazing stay. It was my birthday the day I arrived and I entered the room to a bottle of fizz, cake and a card. The reception staff are fabulous - very special mention to Vanda, Levente and Gezu for making extra special efforts and making us feel so incredibly welcome. Cannot wait to return for another stay.
I stayed at Pullman Budapest as part of the Porsche Experience and had a great stay. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. A special mention to the front office staff, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. Their excellent service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again. Their breakfast selection was also very good.
Absolutely recommended! We really enjoyed our stay! We checked in late night and it was super easy! The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and the variety of drinks at the minibar that was included in the cost of the stay was excellent too! The design of the lobby and the rooms is very beautiful combination of the styles… The location is excellent, 5-6 minutes to walk to the Operhauz and Basilica If I’d come back to Budapest, I would definitely came Back to Pullman!
