We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Budapest. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. Everything was smooth and pleasant from check-in to check-out. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Hungary in the future. Highly recommended!
We had 4 nights in a 1 bedroom and it was ideal. Special thanks to Gary at check in who was very helpful and friendly. Everyone we dealt with was great, but we felt Gary went above and beyond. The room itself was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The small kitchen had enough cutlery and utensils for us with no problem. Having access to laundry at no cost was useful as well. The location is an easy walk from where the airport bus drops you, and then very walkable from there. We would stay here again without hesitation.
AC was not working, so they gave us electric fans. Outdated furniture but everything is clean. Beds are comfortable. Great value. We had two rooms. One with king bed the other two twin beds. Full kitchen was useful but we didnt cook. Stayed on the 10th floor nice view of the roof and mountains. The apartment building next door have bathroom windows that you see people showering. Receptionist at the lobby are very friendly and helpful.
Location is absolutely marvelous—right in the center of the city, walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, and everything you need. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Nice living room, kitchen setup, and a good-sized bathroom—perfect for a longer stay. Only downside: the reception staff seemed a bit preoccupied and could be more welcoming. A smile goes a long way. Overall, highly recommend—great place to stay in Budapest.
Excellent location for sightseeing. The apartments are right in the heart of the city but surprisingly quiet. We didn't hear any street noise or much from other guests at all. We had a one bedroom studio on the 8th floor and the only reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is that the rooms are very warm and the aircon isn't great. The room is well equipped and spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the bath is really nice. We were happily surprised to see how much space we had in the bathroom, living area and bedroom. A big thank you to the cleaners who do a superb job and also the reception staff who made us feel so welcome. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel, they are professional, friendly, kind and clearly take a huge pride in the work they do. I think they genuinely enjoy meeting all the different guests and you can see them going the extra mile for people all the time. Well done on making us feel genuinely welcome, safe, and well looked after. Our experience of the hotel and Budapest in general was 10/10. Wonderful!
