I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Budapest. The location is excellent for anyone visiting the city, with easy access to the main attractions and public transportation. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos: comfortable, welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. What really made the difference was the staff. They are always available and genuinely focused on helping their guests. One of the most impressive services was the possibility to stay in touch through messaging apps and receive real-time assistance. Every time I had a question, I received a helpful reply within 5–10 minutes. As someone who was visiting Budapest for the first time, this was incredibly useful for finding restaurants, understanding public transportation, and organizing various aspects of my trip. The value for money is outstanding. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such a high level of service at a similar price point. Thank you very much to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Budapest.
What a unique experience. Our agent booked for us (from NZ), and we sure don’t have this style of accommodation at home. A love.t old courtyard apartment complex with Metropolis doing their thing with the old school and patina decor. We had the Nikola Tesla room. A great place to head back to after a busy day. Thanks to Roman and the team. AND a bottle of wine and chocolates for my birthday! Above and beyond!
Booked this hotel for the beautiful rooms, the quiet and great location — but what really stood out was the staff. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome, let us check in early, and shared some genuinely great tips for exploring the city and finding good coffee, wine, and food. :) That kind of warmth is rare, and it made our stay. We’ll definitely be back, and I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were given a choice of rooms which I've never had before! The one we chose was perfect for our 3 night stay. Roman was very friendly and helpful throughout. As it was my wife's birthday, we were given a bottle of sparkling wine and a card, which was a really thoughtful touch. It's a great location too; quiet for a peaceful sleep yet a short walk or public transport ride to all of the main sites. I would highly recommend staying here.
Lovely boutique hotel with spacious themed rooms. Good fairly central location. We stayed in the Liszt room. Really nice and friendly staff especially Catalina and Tarneem who chatted to us at breakfast and gave us advice. Lovely to be in a quite residential district, but only a short walk from all the main attractions. Would definitely stay again.
