Check in staffs and housekeepers are super friendly. Greet us good day or good morning when we enter or leaves the hotel. Very comfortable pillows but mattress on the soft side. Air-conditioning is superb and cold enough as we were there during summer. Mini-bar not cold enough for us to store drinks/yogurt but it's fine as we can take bus to supermarket to get it which is 2 stops away. Toilet is huge and fan is strong so it dries up very quickly. Water pressure is superb so we had a great shower. Stayed here for close to 10 days but the housekeeping did not top up the tissues paper, tea and coffee at all throughout. Only 1 box, 2 pack of tea and 2 coffee capsules were provided during check in, it was never top up throughout the rest of the 9 days I'm there. Would be nice if the hotel could be more generous with providing above. Overall, room is clean. Location wise, some distance from city but it's close to many tram or bus stops so it's pretty accessible.
Absolutely brilliant hotel, from check in to check out the staff were all helpful and polite. Even when waiting in the lobby as our flight was after checkout we felt comfortable. The room was tidy and clean, fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine and TV, all tidied and cleaned and washing up done daily. The hotel felt safe and friendly, we would all definitely stay again if in Budapest, highly recommend this place.
Had a hard time here. The room was hot, air conditioning didn’t work and the fridge kept all the drinks warm while somehow still emanating heat. I slept 2 hours sweating and when opening the door to the outside you realize you are on a busy street and cars and the smell of gas permeate everything. The area is terrible, there’s nothing around anywhere, no restaurants, nothing, and despite seeming proximity to city park , good luck getting there on a nice stroll, it’s just cars and construction everywhere. I ended up forgoing my second night there because it was so uncomfortable. The service and staff were very nice, it’s the best thing I can say about it.
4.5/5 The staff is very friendly and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. Everyone speaks good English. We paid to have breakfast and it was delicious - a good variety of foods, all fresh! The coffee was also very good. The hotel is situated in a residential area but very well connected to the center via public transport. It's close to a train station and sometimes you can hear the trains but this was not a problem. The room is big and has everything you need. The only small drawbacks were the smell of the room when we entered, the stains on the carpet and I foud a spider next to the bed.
