Super comfortable beds and pillows. The room we had looked out over the Danube and it was not too loud at night. Easy walking to the funicular to Buda Castle. Breakfast was buffet style with option of staff making scrambled eggs, omlet, etc.
We had a wonderful stay in Budapest. Our room had a beautiful view of the Danube River from the Buda side, which made the experience feel extra special from the moment we arrived. The location was incredibly practical. Staying on the Buda side gave us easy access to Fisherman’s Bastion, Matthias Church, and the Castle District, while still making it simple to walk across to the Pest side for restaurants, museums, shopping, and other popular sights. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring both sides of the city. The hotel was comfortable, convenient, and gave us exactly what we needed after long days of walking around Budapest. Waking up to the river view and being able to explore so much on foot made our stay memorable. I would gladly stay here again.
The view of the Hungarian Parliament Building speaks for itself. It is absolutely stunning. The room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff provided excellent service. The parking entrance is on Fo Street and offers indoor parking with only three spaces available. Parking can be arranged with advance reservation. Since the car parked in the innermost space cannot exit unless the other two cars are moved, guests are required to leave their car keys at the reception desk.
The breakfast is very good. Quality items, well-made, sufficient and healthy. You can order your eggs however you prefer. There really aren't those "treats" like cakes, and perhaps that's the reason for some complaints. For me it's perfect! Furthermore, the staff are kind and helpful.
Excellent location, great views. I do not consider this a four-star hotel, three star at best We encountered to front desk clerks both of them were, in a word, unfriendly. I could give several specific examples, but suffice to say we did not receive a warm welcome. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were wonderful
